Refund policy

Process for Returns:

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date of purchase, excluding Corporate Purchase orders which may not be refundable. Once the returned item arrives in Bestdesiccant’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

Returns must include all accessories

Items must include original packaging

For non-quality related warranty claims, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs

For non-quality related warranty claims, Bestdesiccant refunds the cost of the product itself

Returns may be rejected if items do not meet the above requirements

Refund requests for the 30-day money-back guarantee expire 30 days after opening a warranty claim. It is not possible to process a request for a refund for non-quality issues for items that have expired during this 30-day window. For purchases not made directly through Bestdesiccant's online stores, please contact retailers for refunds. For quality-related issues, please see below.

How do I return an item?

1. Please reach out to Bestdesiccant customer support to initiate a return. Please state the reason for the return and provide an invoice or screenshot to confirm the order number.

2. Bestdesiccant support will share the corresponding return address with you within 24 working hours.

3. For the refund to be processed promptly, please be sure to send a return notification to Bestdesiccant with the following information:

Name of the courier

Tracking number

How long does it take to get a refund?

Refunds will be issued once the item arrives at our warehouse. The refund will be credited back using the same method as when your initial order was made. Processing time typically takes 3-5 working days.

Exchange Policy:
Within 30 days of the date of purchase from the Bestdesiccant website, ONLY items of equal or lower value are eligible for returns for exchange. No returns will be accepted without an RA#. Obtaining a Returns Authorization number (RA#) is a must. All returned goods must be brand-new, unopened, and in their original packing; the buyer is responsible for return shipping expenses. Please send your returned items via a package delivery provider that offers tracking and/or insurance. Items that have been used for any length of time cannot be returned to Bestdesiccant. Before the original item has been received and confirmed, no replacement will be issued. You agree to these terms by using Bestdesiccant.com to place an order.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose. If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.

Refund Process:
Once we receive your return or exchange, please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing.

The refund period (after the above processing time) is as below:

Paypal account: about 48 hours

Credit card: between 7 to 14 business days

Not Covered Under Refund:
l Products that have been misplaced or stolen

l Products that with no quality problems (30 days after purchase)

l Products received for free

l Products damaged by improper operation (including, but not limited to, drops, extreme temperatures, water, and improper usage)
